Meet James
Hi, I’m James, a Lincolnshire-based wedding photographer with over 8 years of experience and more than 250 weddings photographed. I live with my wife Carly and my two kids, Pippa & Ellis, and love travelling with my family.
I fell into photographing weddings after finishing my career in Sports, and ever since then, I’ve been at some fantastic venues with amazing people.
I’m also passionate about capturing the unique moments of your wedding and consider it a true privilege to do this full-time across the UK.

Here are some of the most common questions I get asked about wedding photography
I’m a wedding photographer based in Stamford, Lincolnshire, but I’m more than happy to travel anywhere in England or Scotland to capture your special day. Travel costs are already included in my full-day package — no hidden fees, just relaxed planning.
Absolutely. With years of experience photographing weddings, I always come prepared with backup cameras and gear — your memories are too important to risk!
To secure your date, I require a £100 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 28 days before your wedding.
Yes please — I’d love that! Whether it’s a coffee catch-up or a video call, I always aim to connect with couples at least once before the wedding. It’s a great chance to chat through your plans and make sure everything feels just right.
During peak seasons, it may take up to 4 weeks to receive your full online gallery. I always do my best to deliver sooner, but rest assured your images will be carefully edited and worth the wait.
