As a wedding photographer in Peterborough, I regularly photograph ceremonies at Peterborough Registry Office. Many couples choose it because it’s a simple, meaningful and affordable way to get married, with no religious requirements.
A smaller ceremony is still full of love, laughter and moments worth keeping. My job is to cover your day in a relaxed, natural way, so you can enjoy it.
The ceremony rooms
Peterborough Registry Office is a popular choice for a quick, cost-effective and elegant ceremony. There are two rooms:
- The Lawns Ceremony Room holds up to 30 guests. With tasteful décor, silk flowers and the option to play music, it’s a lovely setting for a memorable ceremony.
- The Thorpe Room is for smaller weddings, with space for up to six guests. It’s ideal if you want a very private occasion.
After the ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy the registry office gardens. The stone archway is one of my favourite backdrops for couple portraits.
Why the photos still matter
Choosing a registry office doesn’t mean your photos should be any less special. I’ll capture the smiles, the emotion and the details, from the vows and the first kiss to family photos in the gardens.
I know the layout, the best angles and the best spots for photos, so whether there are six of you or thirty, you’ll have a set of photos to treasure.
An affordable Peterborough wedding photographer
